METHOD 1. Place ripe banana, Madeira Demi Doux, chamomile, allspice berries and sugar into a cooking pot 2. Bring to summer for 15 minutes then cover and let it cool down 3. Strain into a bowl using a muslin cloth 4. Bottle and store in the fridge for up to 14 days
